The Pop & Roll Roadster was one of the original toys in the Having a Ball collection.  This was also the first time our company had attempted to come up with a toddler toy line as well.  The goal was to combine the fun of ball play (like the rest of the Having a Ball line) with a cool ride-on toy.  The result was this cool roadster design that allowed toddlers to drop ball down the steering wheel and pull the gear shift to pop them out the front.  Unfortunately, we learned later that babies also enjoyed dropping lots of things down the ball shoot, so we had to modify the design to make the hood easy to open and clean out.
