Baby Einstein
Count and Discover Treasure Chest
This adorable treasure combines classic put and take play with the fun of the ocean and introduces baby to counting, shapes and colors in 3 languages. All 3 modes, counting, shapes and colors, can be selected in English, Spanish or French. In shape or color mode, the chest reads the coin and says it aloud to baby. In counting mode, the chest counts as each coin is added to the chest. The lid is easily opened to retrieve the coins and features classical melodies and fun ocean reward sounds.
Not all Treasure is Silver and Gold...
Put and Take play is a tried and true play pattern that every growing baby loves. It is a simple and repeatable action that baby will do over and over and over again. As a result, I knew I wanted to design a toy for Baby Einstein that utilized this type of play in a unique way. Eventually, I came up with the idea to use the iconic Neptune character as a theme and make it a treasure chest. The lid actually reads the different sizes for each of the coins and the sound effects would respond accordingly. It was a fun idea that I think could use a refresh pretty soon.
